Psalm of Life

The world is my playground,
I will always want.
I wonder around in confusion,
I walk beside chaos.

My soul is empty
I am guided on wicked paths.

I will walk through the valley
followed by the shadow of death.
I embrace evil,
For it is my friend.

They protect me.

My rivals walk with me,
This is my chosen life,
Good things come to me,

Reality

Innocence,
Is a child's dream.
Condemnation,
Is the sin of adults.

Grown-ups know the sun will set.

Time matures the untainted,

things that are loved cease to exist,
life can have no meaning.

The eyes of some ones child
Pale blue
As I work I wonder about this lifeless body
